What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each rental comes staffed with a qualified crew, carries all necessary safety gear, provides fuel, and includes basic non-alcoholic refreshments. Depending on the type of charter, you may have access to different amenities — for instance, romantic cruises feature gourmet appetizers and high-end beverages, and business charters come equipped with meeting facilities and custom corporate catering choices.
When should I reserve my charter?
To secure a booking, we advise doing so 2–3 weeks ahead. If you are planning to book during the busy season, which is from May through September, or for special events such as business gatherings or private parties, it's best to reserve 4–6 weeks in advance for more choices and customization time.
What is the policy if the weather is bad?
Our foremost concern is your safety. Should our captain judge the weather conditions to be unsafe, we're prepared to reschedule your rental to another available time or issue a complete refund. We actively track the weather and will reach out to you if any doubts arise about conditions 24 hours prior to your departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, your own food and drinks are welcome. We also provide outstanding catering services and can tailor the menu to your tastes. Kindly note that for safety purposes, bringing any glass containers on board is not permitted.
Is there yacht access for those with physical disabilities?
Every effort is made to serve all our guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with better access features. We invite you to discuss your specific requirements with us upon reservation so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary preparations to accommodate you.
How does cancellation work?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before departure, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours of departure are eligible for a refund of 50 percent of the booking cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, unless the cause is related to weather conditions or mechanical issues from our side.
